GX series two-wheel sand washing + fine sand recycling integrated machine, this machine combines sand washing, dewatering, fine sand recycling and other functions in one, especially highlights the sand washing function, the whole machine uses a series of double impellers for sand washing operations, sand after the aggregate is washed by the impeller, the coarse sand is separated from the fine sand, mud, and water. After the coarse sand is washed and simply dehydrated, it enters the second impeller to be washed again. The second cleaning can effectively reduce the mud content by 20-50% than the first impeller cleaning.

The machine adopts a more reasonable pipeline design, and an overflow system is added to make the fine sand and water overflow conditions more reasonable. The water tank under the screen is increased and the configuration of the screen machine is increased. The performance of the whole machine is greatly improved, thereby improving the quality of the finished sand to realize a qualitative leap.
