Our foundry was established in 1985, covering an area of 28000 square meters with a workshop building area of 14000 square meters. We have 2 5-ton electric furnaces, 1 3-ton electric furnace, 1 V-method production line, 2 lost foam production lines, 1 resin sand molding line, 8 large heat treatment furnaces (capable of carburizing, nitriding, quenching, tempering, normalizing, etc.), and 20 sets of processing equipment such as large vertical and horizontal lathes and gantry machining centers. The annual output of castings is 15000 tons, and we can cast steel, cast iron, alloy steel and other castings weighing less than 15 tons.
The factory specializes in producing supporting components for mining equipment factories, including cone frame bodies, screw cones, jaw crusher flywheels, moving jaws, front walls, thick walls, etc. Customization can also be made according to drawings, and all castings can achieve ultrasonic testing at level 2 or above.
