Surface coating treatment of shaft sleeve: high performance resin material is used, which has outstanding high temperature resistance. It can be used for a long time below 250 ℃, and the instantaneous use temperature can reach 300 C. It has large rigidity, dimensional stability, small linear expansion coefficient, good chemical stability, strong corrosion resistance to acid, alkali and almost all organic solvents, and excellent sliding friction wear resistance and fatigue impact resistance, Especially at 250 C, it maintains high wear resistance, low friction factors, and high load-bearing capacity.
