PRODUCTION PLAN OF 700-800 TONS OF LIMESTONE PER HOUR

700-800 tons of limestone crushing equipment are produced. Stone is blasted from the mountain. Stone less

than 1020mm is fed into a vibrating feeder through a dump truck. The vibrating feeder uniformly feeds the

stone into a jaw crusher. The jaw crusher crushes the stone in the first stage. The stone broken out from the

jaw is about 150mm-300mm, put into a transfer bin, send the material into an impact crusher through a

conveyor for second stage crushing, and, materials larger than the finished product are returned to counter

attack and crushed again, and the finished product is transported to the finished product area by the belt

conveyor.
