Main business: In 1985, we established our own mechanical casting factory to provide cast steel parts, cast iron, alloy steel and other castings for major mining machinery industries.
After more than ten years of technical precipitation in October 1996, we have established our own mechanical manufacturing plant. At present, companies have about 500 employees, of which more than 10%of them are middle and senior engineers.
The company’s current advanced large -CNC boring and milling, one Gantry boring and milling machine, 3 large CNC vertical vehicles, 2 sets of CNC cutting machines, more than 40 sets of other types of milling machines, drilling machines, planes, and grinding machines; Various large -scale machines have high processing accuracy and can meet the processing and manufacturing requirements of various large machinery and equipment. Have a German import spectrometer and other advanced detection tools. Products mainly include jaw crusher, counterattack crusher, cone crusher, hammer crusher, shock crusher, screening machine, feeder, sand making machine, sand washing machine, mobile crushing station and other equipment. Special models can be customized according to customer needs, with an annual production capacity of 8,000 units. There are various products, flexible business methods, strong technical strength, and sell well in all parts of the country, exported to North Korea, South Korea, Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Chad, Laos, Vietnam, Angola, Nigeria and other countries.
We currently have a total of 17 offices to provide 7*24 -hour after -sales service to provide users with satisfactory products. When customers encounter technical problems or purchasing accessories, we can serve them throughout the process, which relieves customers’ concerns about long -distance travel and transportation.
Our precision machining factory was established in June 1995, covering a total area of 6 acres. We have passed the IS09001 quality management system certification and ISO/TS16949 certification.
Our company specializes in the design and production of high-strength wear-resistant alloy materials and precision components. We offer a comprehensive range of services including mold design, precision stamping, laser cutting, machining, and heat treatment. With rich experience in heat treatment processes such as nitriding, carburizing, and QPQ, we currently operate two heat treatment production lines with a capacity of 5000 tons per year.
In addition, we have made significant breakthroughs in the heat treatment and machining of high-end hydraulic components and transmission parts. Our company relies on advanced technology, sophisticated equipment, and rigorous testing methods to become a trusted supplier of engineering machinery and automotive components. Our products, such as QPQ washers, nitriding washers, ZA27 zinc-aluminum alloy high-strength wear-resistant bushings, and composite honeycomb liners, are widely used in the engineering machinery and automotive industries, offering superior wear resistance and durability compared to similar products in the market.
