Crusher and its auxiliary machine after -sales service regulations

Xigong International Trade Co., Ltd. sells mining equipment such as crushers, screening machines, feeders, sand making machines, and sand washing machines. In order to provide customers with peace of mind and satisfaction when purchasing, the company has made the following regulations for after-sales service:
The scope of warranty: It is indeed a warranty caused by the broken and damage caused by the poor manufacturing quality. It is not damaged by the parts caused by the quality of the manufacturing (such as human damage, illegal operation, poor management, crushing material strength and water content exceeding the instructions’require scope, self-modification, use non -factory accessories, etc.) are not available.

The range of warranty:
– Hammer crusher, the warranty period for the main machine is one year (excluding vulnerable parts), and the warranty period for vulnerable parts (hammer, shaft, support bar, guard plate, grate) is three months. If there is a fracture within three months, it will be replaced with a new one (warranty will be given for those that break due to wear not exceeding one-third within three months, and no warranty will be given for those that exceed one-third, based on the thinnest part). Natural wear and tear is not covered by warranty. According to the broken limestone.
– The main machine of the counterattack crusher has a one-year warranty period, and the vulnerable parts (plate hammer, counterattack plate, protective plate, square steel) have a warranty period of three months. If the wear does not exceed one-third and the fracture occurs within three months, the warranty will be given. If the wear exceeds one-third, the warranty will not be given, and the thinnest part will prevail. Natural wear will not be covered.
– Jaw crusher,the warranty period for the main machine is one year (except for the elbow plate), and the warranty period for vulnerable parts (jaw plate, guard plate, elbow plate pad) is three months. If the wear does not exceed one-third and the fracture occurs within three months, the warranty will be given. If the wear exceeds one-third, the warranty will not be given, and the thinnest part will prevail. Natural wear is not covered.
– The main machine of the cone crusher has a warranty period of one year,and the vulnerable parts (rolling wall, crushing wall, allocation plate, copper set, nylon set) have a warranty period of three months.The warranty of one -third of the break is not available in more than one -third of the warranty. Natural wear is not covered.
– The impact crusher has a one-year warranty period for the main unit and a three-month warranty period for vulnerable parts (provided by the technical department). If the wear and tear does not exceed one-third and the crusher breaks within three months, it will be covered by warranty. If it exceeds one-third, it will not be covered by warranty, and the thinnest part will prevail. Natural wear and tear will not be covered by warranty.
– The warranty period of the screening machine, feeder, and sand washing machine is six months. Except for the screening network, natural wear is not warranty.
– All retail accessories and components have a warranty period of one month. If the wear and tear does not exceed one-third and the parts break within one month, the warranty will be given. If the wear and tear exceeds one-third, the warranty will not be given. The thinnest partshall prevail, and natural wear and tear will not be covered.
For users who pick up the equipment within one month of paying the deposit, the warranty period will be extended by one month from the date of shipment.
According to the company’s policy of exchanging old parts for new parts that require warranty, the replacement parts can only be shipped after the original parts are stored in the warehouse.
Service personnel should achieve high quality, efficiency, and speed during the service process.
The product is supplied with accessories for life, and only the cost of accessory production is charged. The operating time of the equipment is calculated as eight hours per day.
This regulationshall come into effect from the date of issuance.

Note: Due to differences in construction environment and machine configuration requirements of the order, the after-sales service terms of the productshall be subject to the final contract agreement.
